Advanced Floor Concepts has been building structural floors for 10  years in and along the Front Range. We pioneered the use of structural concrete floors in 1997 and have over 9,000,000 square feet of this system in place ranging from 500 square feet to over 18,000 square feet in residential applications. Using the most current computer aided drafting and engineering programs; we have the capability of designing floor systems for any application.

We field eleven construction crews and two warranty crews from our office and yard in Castle Rock. Our operating range is from Fort Collins to Colorado Springs and from Limon to the Western Slope. Our welders are certified and all crews undergo rigorous training in all of our products. All personnel are employees – we do not use so-called independent contractors.

Our mission is to provide the highest quality structural floors and elevated decks to the Colorado Building Community through innovations in design, engineering and technology.
